Munson Healthcare is hiring a Patient Access Representative to greet and direct patients, families, and visitors; assist with transportation; obtain and verify patient information for registration; communicate with departments; maintain confidential information and work areas; and precept new hires. The role requires an associate's degree or equivalent education and two years of customer service, healthcare, or business-related experience, and is available PRN as needed for call-ins and PTO coverage.
