The Patient Access Representative secures and provides medical business information to patients, families, guardians, and funding sources under general supervision. Responsibilities include registration, scheduling, acquiring authorizations, communicating with patients and medical professionals, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting a dynamic healthcare team. The role is remote for San Diego applicants and requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent; an associate's degree, healthcare experience, EMR experience, payment-collection experience, and bilingual language skills are preferred. The current salary range is $23.00 to $30.27.
