Description
The Patient Access Operations Specialist supports Princeton Medical Center by performing patient registration, pre-admission and admission, reception, discharge, scheduling, insurance verification, financial counseling, collections, cash reconciliation, and analysis of admission, discharge, and transfer reports. The role leads shift Patient Access Operations, collaborates with department leaders on process and operational excellence, and requires a high school diploma or GED, 2–4 years of experience in a medical facility, health insurance, or related area, and 2+ years of Patient Access experience preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with availability as needed.
