Patient Access Representative - Language Services at Jericho Road Community Health Center

Jericho Road Community Health Center is hiring a full-time Patient Access Representative to support patient access in its Patient Access Department at either the 184 Barton or 1021 Broadway location. The role includes greeting patients, completing registration and insurance verification, scheduling appointments, coordinating interpreter services, maintaining electronic medical records, processing documentation, and providing customer service. Candidates must speak Arabic or Rohingya, have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of office experience, primary care experience, Microsoft 365 experience, English fluency, and language proficiency in the designated language.
