Ensemble is hiring an onsite Patient Access Representative at Ballad to perform hospital admitting duties, including assigning medical record numbers, completing medical necessity and compliance checks, collecting insurance and patient information, processing physician orders, pre-registering accounts, obtaining consent signatures, explaining patient education materials, verifying eligibility, and screening Medicare ABNs. The role also operates the telephone switchboard, audits accounts, and provides customer service. Candidates need at least one year of customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and must obtain CRCR certification within six months of hire.
