Ensemble is seeking an Entry-Level Patient Access Specialist to perform admitting duties for patients, ensuring accurate assignment of Medical Record Numbers (MRNs), conducting medical necessity/compliance checks, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves extensive movement around the facility, operating a mobile computer station, and adhering to strict regulatory compliance. The specialist will handle tasks like collecting insurance information, processing physician orders, managing patient accounts, explaining consent forms, reviewing eligibility responses, and distributing educational materials.
