Description
The Patient Access Specialist supports hospital financial counseling, co-pay and deductible collection, financial assistance education, stat registration, appointment scheduling, ADT registration, insurance verification, ABN generation, order compliance, MSP completion, consents, procedure placement, and pre-certification. The role requires a high school completion or GED, 1–3 years of job-related experience, Windows-based computer proficiency, typing of at least 25 wpm, and strong customer service and time-management skills.
