Description
The Clinical Denials Administration Specialist will work under a Patient Financial Services Supervisor to bill and collect third-party claims, post billing and collection transactions, manage self-pay accounts through final disposition, discuss payment responsibility with patients and third parties, determine referrals to external legal collections, and ensure compliance with departmental policies. The role also handles clinical trial research billing when applicable and prioritizes customer satisfaction. It requires a high school completion or GED, 1–3 years of job-related experience, two years of healthcare billing, collections, access, or banking collections experience, Microsoft Office, accounting, accuracy, and basic math skills.
