TEKsystems is seeking a Practice Assistant to support a healthcare organization in Wayland, Massachusetts. The fully onsite, Monday-Friday contract role welcomes patients, coordinates appointments and follow-up, verifies demographics and insurance, communicates with patients and providers, supports practice operations, and uses Epic and other healthcare systems. Applicants need appointment scheduling, medical-office or patient-access experience, Epic EMR experience, insurance verification and patient registration experience, and strong customer service and communication skills. The position pays $18.00-$22.00 per hour and may include medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, life insurance, HSA, transportation, and leave benefits; the application deadline is anticipated to close on October 2, 2026.
