OrthoCincy is hiring a part-time Patient Financial Counselor for 30–33 hours. The role reviews surgical schedules and out-of-pocket costs, collects deposits, establishes payment plans, monitors and contacts delinquent private-pay accounts, communicates with third-party litigation lawyers, and educates patients about assistance programs. The position requires a high school diploma, at least two years of college, and medical office financial counseling or collections experience, along with knowledge of medical billing, coding, insurance, electronic health records, and practice management systems.
