Description
AltaMed is hiring a Patient Advocate Services III Lead to serve as a front-office patient advocate and AltaMed ambassador, welcome and assist patients, manage expectations, support patient-focused care, and mentor and train the PSA team. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, customer service or receptionist experience, healthcare/PSA experience, preferred leadership experience, bilingual ability, and valid BLS certification. Compensation is $26.25–$30.84 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
