Description
The Patient Billing Specialist supports patients with payment processing, payment plans, insurance verification, claims support, billing education, and account resolution. The role requires customer service or call center experience, a high school diploma or GED, EMR and computer proficiency, English communication ability, and adherence to HIPAA and privacy requirements. It is a full-time remote position for eligible residents, with starting pay of $14 per hour plus a $1 per hour night and weekday shift differential, and work hours from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. MST, Monday through Friday.
