Reno Orthopedic Center is hiring an onsite Patient Billing Representative at 555 N. Arlington Ave. The role communicates with patients and insurance companies about claim status, appeals, outstanding balances, and billing or payment information; uses an electronic medical records system to identify tasks and appeals; and answers inbound call-center calls to assist patients and resolve billing issues. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, one year of customer service experience, effective communication, de-escalation skills, and accuracy.
