Description
The Patient Billing Specialist supports patients with payment processing, payment plans, insurance verification, claims support, billing education, and account resolution. The role requires customer service or call center experience, a high school diploma or GED, EMR and computer proficiency, English communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. It is a full-time, 40-hour position with starting pay of $14 per hour plus a $1 per hour night and weekday shift differential, scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time.
