Patient Care Assistant (PCA), Med Surg Specialty - Cardiac, Part Time, Day Shift at UC Health

UC Health is hiring a part-time Patient Care Assistant for the night shift to support the Cardiac telemetry unit at UC Medical Center. The role provides basic direct patient care delegated by clinical professionals, including vital signs, specimen collection, activities of daily living, hygiene, respiratory care, EKGs, mobile care phlebotomy, blood glucose, documentation, and patient safety tasks. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and current STNA certification, a completed clinical rotation, or completion of a PCA Novice Program.
