Description
The Medical Spa Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for patients at a medical spa in Roseville, California. Responsibilities include greeting patients, supporting chart documentation and patient flow, managing check-out and payments, scheduling appointments, answering calls, conducting patient outreach, educating patients about services and financing, and supporting retention and re-engagement. The role requires previous medical or client-facing experience, strong organizational and communication skills, confidentiality, and a high school diploma or equivalent; bilingual ability is preferred. Compensation is $19–$22 per hour for 40 hours per week, with medical, vision, dental, retirement, training, and other benefits.
