Docplanner Group is hiring a Patient Care Regional Manager to manage and develop Patient Care teams across assigned European markets. The role owns people management, hiring, team sizing, performance reviews, regional KPIs, quality reviews, moderation, escalation protocols, and cross-functional alignment with Country Managers and global teams. Candidates need at least five years of customer support, patient experience, or service operations experience, including two years managing people, plus experience managing teams across multiple European countries, English fluency, and project management tool proficiency.
