Description
The Hemodialysis Technician - PCT provides chronic hemodialysis therapy and patient care for ESRD patients, including vital-sign monitoring, vascular-access checks, dialysis-machine setup, equipment cleaning, emergency response, and patient transfers. The role requires dialysis experience, a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of patient-care experience in nursing assistance or dialysis patient-care technician work, current American Heart Association CPR, physical ability to stand for extended periods and transfer up to 50 pounds, and any state-required certification.
