Patient Care Tech – Telemetry Unit at hhccareers

Hartford HealthCare is hiring a Patient Care Tech for the 28-bed Telemetry Unit at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital in Torrington, Connecticut. Under a Nurse Leader's supervision, the role provides direct and indirect patient care, performs selected patient-care interventions, supports a safe and efficient care environment, and helps ensure a positive patient experience in a fast-paced acute-care setting. No prior experience is required because on-site training is provided; BLS certification through the American Heart Association is required within 60 days of hire or transfer, while a high school diploma/GED and CNA, CPCT/A, EMT, or CMA certification are preferred.
