Description
The Ambulatory Concierge Coordinator serves as a patient, provider, and healthcare-team liaison for VIP, executive, and international patients. The role coordinates provider-to-provider consultations, complex scheduling, urgent referrals, patient registration, insurance verification, medical record management, and continuity of care across multiple specialties and clinics. It also manages international patient itineraries, outside medical records, interpreter and financial-clearance coordination, and high-touch concierge service while maintaining accurate documentation in Epic and Salesforce PRM. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, healthcare or equivalent experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with call center systems, EMR platforms, and Microsoft Office.
