Description
Summit Orthopedics is hiring a full-time float Patient Coordinator to support clinical care coordination under the Practice Development Manager. The role manages physician and clinic/surgery schedules, follow-up appointments, urgent-care logistics, patient communications, electronic medical record entry, care-team coordination, and other non-clinical patient-care activities. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, may require floating to Summit locations and outreach sites, and pays $21.62 to $27.03 per hour with medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, paid time off, and retirement benefits.
