Prosper Infusion is hiring a Home Infusion Nurse to coordinate nursing care for patients receiving home infusion therapy. The role includes scheduling nurses, greeting and assisting patients and healthcare providers, answering calls and messages, documenting communications in medical records, managing orders requiring attention, participating in staff and patient-care meetings, and following company policies. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and customer-service skills, computer proficiency, and preferably pharmacy experience; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
