Description
Northside Hospital is seeking a Patient Dining Supervisor to coordinate, lead, and assist Food Service Representatives in preparing meals, setting up patient trays, delivering trays, handling transactions, operating dishwashers, and cleaning kitchens. The supervisor will also manage communication between nursing units, patients, and the Food Service Department regarding menus, diet changes, and overall patient services. This role involves ensuring compliance with dietary restrictions, assisting with customer service recovery, conducting daily rounds to assess meal quality, entering feedback into software, performing service recovery actions, and supporting the onboarding and training of new dining staff.
