The Patient Experience Consultant leads patient-centered service improvement, strategy implementation, project management, performance coaching, data analysis, and training across designated UC Health areas. The role involves analyzing processes and performance data, developing improvement initiatives, supporting Patient and Family Advisory Councils, coaching leaders and clinical staff, and creating training materials. It requires a current license for a clinical professional providing direct patient care, a bachelor's degree, and 3–5 years of equivalent experience.
