Healthcare.com is hiring a Patient in-take Coordinator for its Specialty Pharmacy business. The role serves as the first point of contact for patients, prescribers, attorneys, sales representatives, and insurance providers, handling intake, database entry, inbound and outbound communications, account tracking, referral coordination, and workflow improvements. The position requires pharmacy technician certification, strong customer service and communication skills, database and Windows application proficiency, and availability across varying Monday-through-Friday shifts. Bilingual Spanish and English proficiency and working knowledge of prescription medications are preferred.
