Alcanza is hiring a Patient Liaison to support onsite clinical-trial patient recruitment by conducting pre-qualification and pre-screening, evaluating subject eligibility, scheduling visits, managing no-shows and denied-qualification cases, capturing physician referrals, maintaining CTMS records, and driving screening performance. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least five years of experience in healthcare, call center, medical research, or a similar field; medical licensure, CTMS, customer service, scheduling, and English-Spanish proficiency are preferred or advantageous.
