The Patient Manager in Alfeld welcomes patients, supports medical consultations and information sessions, collects medical histories, prepares and positions patients for examinations, provides aftercare, and may set intravenous access and administer contrast agents after on-site training. The role also coordinates workflows and handles administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling and service recording. Candidates should be students or professionals in the medical field, have anatomical knowledge, strong communication and German skills, and be enthusiastic about medical topics and technical processes; relevant work experience is a plus but not required.
