Description
The Patient Navigator communicates with patients and caregivers by phone and email regarding pre-approval treatment access, captures medical data, searches global trial databases with an AI tool, pre-screens patients for clinical trials, engages patients to expand the Medical Community, and contributes to recruitment and pre-screening processes. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field, 2–5+ years of relevant experience, strong communication and data-handling skills, and proficiency with CRM and healthcare databases.
