Sun River Health is hiring a full-time Patient Navigator/Patient Representative for its White Plains/New Rochelle, New York sites. The role provides patient-centered front-desk and navigation support, including reception, registration, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, fee collection, patient communication, referrals, health education, and follow-up to help patients access primary, preventive, medical, and dental services. A high school diploma or GED and 2–4 years of related experience are required; bilingual oral and written skills are preferred. Compensation is $22.00–$25.47 per hour, with a $1,500 sign-on bonus subject to terms and conditions.
