Patient Registration Representative at elfw

The Patient Registration role registers patients across all settings, collects and enters accurate demographic and financial information, verifies insurance and provider eligibility, assigns rooms and services, explains patient rights and privacy information, answers questions, and collects required copayments. The position requires a high school diploma, at least six months of office or customer service experience, strong accuracy, patient-facing communication, and proficiency with registration and eligibility systems including Meditech, Emdeon, and Kchecks. Pay is $17.34–$23.96 per hour.
