Description
The Chiropractic Administrative Assistant greets and checks patients in and out, follows up on confirmations and no-shows, scans and uploads paperwork to the EHR, requests records, maintains spreadsheets and emails, performs drug screening, and keeps the reception area and patient rooms organized. The role supports chiropractors by preparing patients for exams, updating medical records, coordinating documentation workflows, managing schedules, obtaining prior authorizations, and serving as a liaison between providers and patients.
