Charlotte Radiology is hiring a Patient Representative for its Morehead Medical Plaza location in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role provides front-desk and administrative support in an outpatient radiology setting, including patient reception and registration, payment collection and payment plans, appointment scheduling, phone and inquiry management, patient correspondence, records and insurance-data maintenance, and coordination of authorizations and orders. The representative also helps onboard and train new employees. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with shifts and overtime subject to business needs. Customer service experience and a high school diploma are required; medical office experience is preferred.
