Patient Safety Associate- Pipeline- Nurse Assistant training program Fall cohort at Northwell

The Nurse Assistant will work under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, providing patient supervision, maintaining patient safety, documenting observations, communicating changes in patient condition, supporting patients and visitors, and reporting unsafe conditions. The role is part of a five-week training program beginning in November, with Monday-through-Friday schedules of 8:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. during weeks 1–4 and 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. during week 5. A high school diploma or equivalent and 0–1 years of relevant experience are required.
