Description
Rezolut is hiring a full-time Patient Scheduler for Assured Imaging to coordinate patient and client appointments, manage high-volume phone calls, schedule and reschedule exams, provide reminders and exam-preparation instructions, update patient information in EHR/EMR systems, obtain referrals and prior-exam records, and maintain HIPAA compliance. The role requires a high school degree or equivalent, at least one year of prior medical scheduling experience preferred, strong computer, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, and basic radiology knowledge is a plus. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with pay of $16.50 per hour.
