Description
Rezolut is hiring a full-time Patient Scheduler for its Centrelake location in Pomona. The role coordinates patient and client appointments, manages high-volume phone calls, schedules and reschedules exams, sends reminders, updates patient information in EHR/EMR systems, obtains referrals and prior-exam records, and maintains HIPAA compliance. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with pay of $23.00 per hour. A high school degree or equivalent is required, while at least one year of prior medical scheduling experience is preferred; radiology, X-ray, ultrasound, and mammography knowledge is a plus.
