UW Health is hiring a full-time Patient Scheduling Representative – Float to schedule medical appointments, create and maintain patient records, and manage visit prior authorization and referral requirements. The role is a day-shift, Monday-Friday position with pay starting at $19.59 per hour and relevant experience considered for starting pay. No minimum education is required, while a high school diploma or equivalent and degrees in business administration, healthcare, or a related field are preferred. Prior experience in an office or customer service environment is required, while healthcare, patient scheduling, and phone or in-person customer service experience are preferred.
