The Patient Services Representative supports patients during admission and check-in, verifies information, explains insurance benefits and financial responsibilities, schedules appointments, manages clinical schedules, monitors account balances and payment plans, handles cash and daily reconciliation, and coordinates with county patient services staff. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of office experience, a valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and satisfactory criminal and driving record background checks.
