Northwestern Medicine is hiring a full-time Patient Service Representative for its Multi Specialty clinic in Huntley. The role checks patients in and out, confirms identity and insurance information, completes registration, obtains consents, collects payments, processes billing, closes the cash drawer, informs patients of appointment changes, and schedules appointments. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and zero to two years of customer service experience; a bachelor’s degree, healthcare experience, medical terminology knowledge, and bilingual ability are preferred.
