AltaMed is hiring a Patient Services Advocate to serve as a front-office ambassador, welcome and assist patients, manage expectations, and support patient-focused care through strong communication and problem-solving. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of customer service, greeter, or receptionist experience preferred, current BLS certification or higher under American Heart Association or American Red Cross guidelines, and preferably bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese language skills. Compensation is $25.00–$29.38 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
