AltaMed is hiring a Patient Services Advocate to welcome patients, manage front-office expectations, and support patient-focused care through compassionate communication and problem-solving. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of customer service, greeter, or receptionist experience preferred, valid Basic Life Support certification or higher under American Heart Association or American Red Cross guidelines, and preferably bilingual English, Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese skills. Compensation is $25.00–$29.38 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
