Patient Services Advocate at AltaMed

AltaMed Health Services Corp. is hiring a Patient Services Advocate to serve as an ambassador for patients, welcome and attend to patient needs, manage front-office expectations, and support patient-focused care through strong communication and problem-solving. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 to 2 years of customer service, greeter, or receptionist experience, a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or higher under American Heart Association or American Red Cross guidelines, and preferably bilingual English, Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese ability. Compensation is $25.00–$29.38 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision insurance among the listed benefits.
