Patient Services Advocate at AltaMed

AltaMed is hiring a Patient Services Advocate to welcome and assist patients, manage front-office expectations, create a positive patient experience, and support patient-focused care through strong communication and problem-solving. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 to 2 years of customer service, greeter, or receptionist experience, a valid Basic Life Support certification or higher under American Heart Association or American Red Cross guidelines, and preferably bilingual English, Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese skills. Compensation is $25.00 to $29.38 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
