Description
AltaMed is hiring a Patient Services Advocate to serve as an ambassador for patients, manage the front-office patient experience, welcome and attend to patient needs, and support patient-focused care through strong communication and problem-solving. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of customer service, greeter, or receptionist experience, valid Basic Life Support certification, and preferably bilingual English, Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese skills. Compensation is $25.00–$29.38 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
