AltaMed is hiring a Patient Services Advocate to serve as a welcoming front-office ambassador, attend to patient needs, manage expectations, and support patient-focused care through strong communication and problem-solving. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of customer service, greeter, or receptionist experience, valid Basic Life Support certification, and preferably bilingual English plus Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese. Compensation is $25.00–$29.38 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
