High-touch Patient Services Case Manager role supporting patients with rare and ultra-rare diseases throughout onboarding, treatment coordination, adherence, education, and access support. The role serves as the primary contact for patients and caregivers, coordinates with internal stakeholders and external vendors, handles benefits investigation communication, injection training support, adverse event reporting, and documentation, and operates from a home office aligned to Central Standard Time with occasional travel.
