US Fertility is hiring a Patient Services Representative for its Shady Grove Fertility office in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania. The role welcomes patients and visitors, answers telephone calls, schedules appointments through a computerized system, follows up with patients, provides customer service, and maintains patient accounts with personal, financial, and insurance information. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM Eastern Time. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of customer service experience, basic computer and Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
