Description
The Patient Services Representative serves as a patient-facing liaison in a medical office, greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, obtaining pre-authorizations, processing payments, filing claims, maintaining charts, and supporting patient flow. The role requires a positive, patient-focused attitude; prior office experience is beneficial but not required because comprehensive training is provided. Benefits include six paid holidays, paid time off after 60 days, health, dental, vision, and 401k coverage, along with growth and wage increases through a company-paid certification program.
