Description
ADVENT is hiring a Patient Services Representative - Float to support patients across South Nashville, Franklin, Hendersonville, and occasionally Murfreesboro and Lebanon. The role handles patient registration and EHR check-in, sleep study device ordering and report uploads, appointment scheduling, call-center overflow, clinic opening and closing, documentation, insurance and payment coordination, supply and pharmaceutical ordering, and other non-clinical duties. It is a 32–40 hour full-time flexible Monday–Friday position requiring at least two years of healthcare experience, prior insurance experience, strong customer service and technology skills, a valid driver license, and the ability to work across ADVENT Tennessee market clinics. The salary is $19.08–$23.00, with medical, dental, and vision plans and other benefits.
