US Fertility is hiring a Patient Services Trainer for its hybrid team at Shady Grove Fertility. The role provides onboarding and role-specific orientation for new Patient Services Representatives, designs and improves training programs, develops training materials and SOPs, conducts on-site and virtual training, evaluates training effectiveness and staff performance, and supports workflow and system-improvement projects. The schedule is every other Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with travel to open regional offices and mileage reimbursement. The position requires at least five years of healthcare operations, patient services, customer service, training, or coaching experience and NextGen experience; an associate degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred.
