Thurmond Eye Associates is hiring a Patient Support Agent (call center representative) to provide welcoming, professional support to patients and providers through incoming and outbound calls. The role schedules appointments, completes patient registration, enters insurance and demographic information, logs communications, manages cancellations, updates physician databases, verifies patient data for billing, and refers concerns as needed. The position requires English/Spanish bilingual communication, customer service and call-center experience, and knowledge of ophthalmic care; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
